The CCIA’s foreign language speaking staff can connect to you and a school or ward office employee and interpret for your conversation.

●Facilities that can use our services

Ward offices of Chiba City, city services such as the Health and Welfare Center, elementary and junior high
schools in Chiba City, and day care centers.
　

* We will not be able to interpret for medical diagnoses, school lesson planning, or conversations involving specialized vocabulary
　

●How to use the translation service

Step 1	Call the CCIA. 043-202-3000
Step 2	Tell the staff member the phone number you want to call, and wait on the line (CCIA staff will make the call.)
Step 3	All three lines will be connected, so you can have an interpreted conversation.
